Today we had our online meeting through Zoom with the students from the Irish school. Students had the chance to present themselves, their city and schools. Moreover the Greek students sang a Greek song. The Irish students danced 3 traditional dances. We really enjoyed the experience!!Nice to meet you all!!
Later the 5th Graders really enjoyed the meeting we had today with the two classes from the Spanish schools (Elena Zapater's & Lidia Dominguez's). Students introduced themselves and answered questions they had. Moreover they enjoyed singing traditional songs to their new friends and they saw them dancing a traditional Catalonian dance. Thank you all for the amazing experience!!
In our country the 10th of June is a national holiday. We celebrate the Day of Portugal,
Camões and the Portuguese Communities.
On this day, many different activities are held, such as parades, military ceremonies,
Medals of Merit awards, ...
To celebrate this day, in Musical Education class we rehearsed the National Anthem with our teacher António and recorded the audio we will share with you.

According to UNESCO Digital heritage is made up of computer-based materials of enduring value that should be kept for future generations. Digital heritage emanates from different communities, industries, sectors and regions. Not all digital materials are of enduring value, but those that are require active preservation approaches if continuity of digital heritage is to be maintained.
Especially nowadays, due to the pandemic, Digital Heritage helped us being in touch with cultural heritage, cultural elements, museums, concerts etc. through the digitalization, virtual tours that they are offering, the live streaming and the internet.
During the project our students had the opportunity to visit virtually many important museums around the world.
